Delicious over lettuce.
TUNA SALAD
- 2 cans tuna in oil, drained
- 4 eggs, hard boiled and chopped in big-ish pieces
- 1 tsp. sugar-free sweet pickle relish
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. chives, minced
- Salt and pepper
- Mix everything well.
- Chill before serving.
*Can also use cooked, chopped chicken to make this a chicken salad.
